The China–Burkina Faso–Europe Economic Cooperation Platform is an international initiative designed to facilitate structured, long-term economic cooperation between Chinese enterprises, Burkina Faso, and European partners.

6. COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PAYMENT SOLUTIONS
Flexible Commercial Cooperation
Our programme is designed primarily around the provision of products, equipment, technologies, engineering, construction, and professional services by participating Chinese enterprises.
Commercial projects may be structured through supply contracts, engineering and construction agreements, service contracts, and other appropriate contractual arrangements.
The programme also considers alternative settlement mechanisms.
Gold-Based Commercial Settlements
Subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, contractual agreements, and appropriate verification procedures, payments for products, equipment, construction works, and services may be structured using gold.
Such arrangements may provide additional commercial flexibility for eligible projects.
Each transaction requires its own contractual, financial, and regulatory assessment.
